We use W-2 employees who undergo background checks. We do not bring in day labor to fill your crew. The number of movers is planned around your home, furniture, access, and timing.
Why this approach
A useful moving quote should make the next step easier. You should be able to see both minute rates, understand the billable time, and know what needs a separate discussion. That is the standard we aim for: practical answers before the move and careful handling on the day.
We confirm pricing and the moving plan by text. If your crew arrives after the confirmed arrival window, you receive 10% off the total billable amount for that move. Two movers and a truck cost $2.50 per billable minute for the first 180 minutes and $2.15 per additional minute. No 3-hour minimum. Fuel included.
Care with a plan behind it
Tell us about the furniture you want taken apart, the items you are concerned about, and any rules at either building. We can plan packing, loading, and room placement around those details. You stay in control of the scope before work starts.
Insurance and documents
Fully insured with cargo and general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Send your building’s requirements when requesting a quote so we can confirm the paperwork and timing. Contact our office for current coverage limits and license details.
