Make the responsibilities clear
Tell us whether you need loading, unloading, furniture rearranging, or both ends of a move. Include the rental truck or container size, the inventory, and the access route. We confirm which tasks the crew will handle and who is responsible for driving, vehicle reservations, and transport coverage.
Loading starts with the right information
Photos of large furniture and the vehicle’s cargo space help us plan the crew. Let us know whether a ramp is available, whether the container is on level ground, and how far it is from the door. Packing a vehicle efficiently depends on the inventory, not just its advertised size.
Unloading with a destination in mind
Mark boxes by room and decide where beds, sofas, and larger pieces should go. Check the route inside the new home before unloading. Narrow doors, stairs, and low ceilings can change what is practical; discuss those details before the team arrives.
Request a labor-only quote
Our published standard moving rates include a truck. A labor-only booking is confirmed for its own scope, crew, minimum, and equipment needs. Ask us for the applicable rate rather than assuming the truck-inclusive calculator is a labor-only quote. Call (213) 222-5712 with the job details to check availability.
