Packing help, from a fragile shelf to a whole home.

Choose the work you want help with. We agree on the scope, materials, and timing first.

Choose a manageable scope

You can pack most rooms yourself and ask for help with kitchenware, fragile belongings, or furniture preparation. Basic packing assistance during your move is included in the crew’s billed time. A larger packing job needs its own time and materials plan so moving day does not begin with an unfinished house.

How the planning allowances work

The calculator adds $160–$240 for kitchen and fragile-item packing. Full packing adds 45–55% of the estimated moving labor. These are budget allowances, not a fixed quote or a separate promise about the number of packers. We review your belongings and confirm the actual packing scope by text.

Moving blankets, tape, and shrink wrap are included for the move. Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper can be supplied by arrangement. Let us know what you already have and what needs to be provided so the written plan is clear.

Prepare the items you want us to pack

Separate anything you intend to carry yourself, including documents, medication, valuables, chargers, and keys. Mark items staying behind. Point out delicate finishes, loose parts, and anything that needs specific handling instructions. A quick room-by-room walkthrough is more useful than a general instruction to pack everything.

Plan the unpacking, too

Use room labels that match the new home. Identify a small set of boxes to unload first, such as bedding, bathroom supplies, and basic kitchen items. Tell us if you want help setting up standard furniture so there is enough time in the moving plan.
