Apartment movers who plan past the front door.

Elevators, stairs, corridors, and loading access all belong in your moving plan.

The building matters as much as the apartment

A one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is a different job from a one-bedroom apartment with a long hallway and a shared elevator. Tell us the floor at each address, whether there is a service elevator, and how far the truck can park from the entrance. Photos of tight turns help us plan bulky furniture.

Reserve access before reserving your day

Ask both managers about moving hours, elevator bookings, padding requirements, and any certificate of insurance. Send us the rules and the manager’s paperwork deadline. We confirm the arrangements before you rely on a moving slot; a quote request alone does not reserve a crew.

Rates and what is included

Our 2-mover rate is $89/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Larger apartments may benefit from 3 movers at $129/hour or 4 at $169/hour. Fuel, blankets, tape, shrink wrap, stairs, and carries up to 75 feet have no separate surcharge. Moving time still applies. Specialty items and unusual access are reviewed before your price is confirmed.

A smoother handover

Keep keys, access fobs, elevator instructions, and the building contact number available. Label boxes by destination room, clear the path to the door, and set aside valuables and your first-night essentials. At delivery, point out where larger pieces belong before the crew unloads them. That small bit of preparation avoids moving the same furniture twice.
